Herb Spinach Bake

Serves: 2 if main course. 4 or more if side dish

  • 1 Lb fresh spinach or 10 oz. frozen
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice white or brown
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Slow Dog Thyme
Step by Step Instructions
  1. Cook and drain spinach, set aside. Combine the rest then add spinach. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F. uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
