Radish and Sour Cream Salad

Serves: 2-4

  • 4 cups sliced radishes
  • 2 tsps white wine vinegar
  • 5 tbls sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons minced chives
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving. Excellent alongside spicy dishes like curries.
