Roasted French Breakfast Radishes

From Gwinnett Locally Grown

Serves: 2-4 servings depending on how high you stack your burgers!

  • one bunch French Breakfast Radishes
  • one box button mushrooms
  • 1-2 TBS. extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste Sea salt
  • to taste cracked pepper
Step by Step Instructions
  1. slice thinly the radishes and mushrooms and coat in the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roast in 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until mushrooms have shrunk and look brown. Radishes will look wilted.
  2. add to your burger along with some sliced avocado and enjoy!
