Honeyed Carrots with Fresh Dill

A great and easy way to make sweet, delicious carrots

Serves: 8


  • 1 pound Rainbow Carrots
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • kosher salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. small dill sprigs

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss the carrots with the oil, honey, salt and pepper
  3. Roast, tossing once, until tender, 30 to 35 minutes
  4. Sprinkle with the dill and enjoy!
